I didn't recieve my headlights and they won't contact me back. I've sent 5 outgoing emails after 2 responses from them and it's been 5 days since i last got a response.
I ordered the Inginuity Time LED headlights for my Nissan Sentra, expecting a simple plug-and-play upgrade with a solid warranty. Instead, I got late delivery, zero real support, and a complete headache from customer support. From the moment I reached out about compatibility issues, the company’s communication was slow and unhelpful. It took days sometimes over a week just to get a basic response, and even then, the replies were vague and repetitive, offering no actual assistance. When I decided enough was enough and requested a refund, everything got worse. They dragged their feet on every email. They pretended to help while basically ignoring my situation. They refused to take responsibility or process my refund. They constantly bring up their “30-day return policy,” but don’t tell you how useless it becomes when their poor communication eats up most of that time. Between waiting on responses and trying to follow up, you’ll be scared to even send the product back because you have no confidence you’ll see a refund OR the product again.
